Hello everyone!
Vanth is back by popular demand! And this week, we're finally getting some answers as to why you've been kidnapped and who you are to her.
I haven't heard any complaints so far (thank you for that!), but I want to take a minute to acknowledge that my last few videos have been a little on the more angsty side of the emotional spectrum. Coincidentally the timing with all the series I had planned to update lined up that way. I'll be thinking of ways to lighten that mood a bit for next week!
As another update for the channel: wowowow, we've seen a good chunk of growth this past week! Welcome to everyone who found my channel recently! We are EXTREMELY close to 1k now and that honestly blows my mind.
Thank you for all of the encouraging comments! It makes me so happy to be able to share my stories with you all and I can't believe how far we've come in just 6ish months since I've started uploading. I'll save some gratitude for when it's official but as a sneak peek into some future plans, I have something exciting planned for after we hit 1k! 😉

I’ve been listening since the beginning- I love all of your audios, but this series is really the highlight to me. Vanth is just such a fascinatingly complicated person- her love is toxic down to the roots and she’s terrifyingly manipulative… and yet you write her with these moments of seeming emotional vulnerability that leaves the listener second guessing just like the captive is. It’s so compelling. This alone had me reconsidering my thoughts on ASMR- and the fact this all takes place in an interconnected story? I’ve been so engrossed by it I’ve started making up new “characters” in my head for each of the listeners, even. There’s a few hundred words sitting in a google doc :V curse you for taking over my brain like this
All this to say, you’re a damn talented artist and I eagerly await to see what you do next.

Vanth is still crazy and manipulative, but dang you can't help but feel bad for her. She's been trying for so long to get back what she lost, and it sounds like she really did love her research partner. Reincarnation or not, she's just a heartbroken person.
Love can make you do some crazy things 🥲
I really hope that either her story is true, or the listener finally gets a chance to help her see past her obsession and get to the root of the issue. It would make for some great potential redemption of her character.

Gotta admit, even after listening to all of this series, I still don’t think Vanth is being honest. Oh she might very well _be_ telling the actual truth here, but her behavior through the whole thing just makes the chance that it’s more lies and manipulation even more real, thus undermining any credibility this little sob story might have had otherwise.
Can’t say it’s my kind of series. My mind is the sort that handles this kind of theoretical situation in a way that only serves to escalate the violence to nobody’s gain. *That being said,* this is a fantastically horrific character and creepy vibe you’ve created and I’ve yet to see anyone else do “yandere” quite as realistically as you have. Big props for the script writing and acting. Even if this isn’t my cup of tea, I can already tell I’ll be coming back to this channel for other audios that are more to my taste!

Imagine if it takes so long to find this missing person that by the time they're rescued, they don't want to leave. After all the care and worries from Vanth. I could easily seeing Vanth's listener getting Stockholm Syndrome 👀
honestly with all the pain my body is in for no reason all the time i wouldn't doubt my last life having been ended by an explosion of magic that shreded my body into paste

So, two things, other than what a great audio this is and what fun I'm having trying to figure out this world.
Number one, this ritual 30 years ago has to be the cause of the blackout then, and thus the similar blackout 2 weeks ago, yes? But why would Vanth have done the ritual two weeks ago? It's not like Moth was still sick...
Number two, this lady has lost her grip on reality. Her evidence for reincarnation is based off of mundane writings? Because those always perfectly and accurately describe how magic works? Give me a break. I do have to hope I'm wrong, though, because when she finds out she's been wrong all this time and she just randomly kidnapped someone who vaguely resembles her dead boyfriend, things might not turn out so well for Moth...
