    As you said, the best practice is to apply patch on standby side first, but what what about the datapatch which we needs to run after applying patch .. In regards with standby database.

    What is basic difference between opatchauto apply and Opatch apply.

      With OPatchAuto, you can automatically patch the typical Grid Infrastructure (GI) and RAC home directories with minimal intervention.....same is possible with opatch apply but it requires more manual intervention.
