Since the major changes to Summoner in Endwalker, most of my previous summon mods have become almost ineffective. However, I am actually quite satisfied with the effects of Summoner in 6.0, so I haven't started modifying them before. In the meantime, many talented modders have provided excellent Summoner mods for everyone. However now I think it's time to try and study something new.

This time, I have also set higher production standards and scale,almost remaked all skills, but as part of the "Classic" series, I have still decided to release it for free!!!
Although it's part of the Classic series,while trying to preserve the original design elements, I also have incorporated some elements from FF16, such as "Tri-disaster" and "Astral Impulse", in an attempt to faithfully recreate the FF16 version of "Tri-disaster" and "Giga Flare". Additionally, some inspiration comes from the Touhou series. I wonder if you can spot it?
Ifrit, Garuda, and Titan is using the Eden version models because I think they look more "stylish." As for Bahamut and Phoenix, I have made some additional self-design modifications to their models, textures, and color schemes.
By the way, there are more screenshake added this time, but all screenshake have options to be turned off, allowing you to customize whether you want them or not.

自endwalker对Summoner的大改以来，之前的召唤mod几乎失效了。

不过我觉得是时候做一些尝试和学习。。
这次也是比较高的制作规格，不过作为“Classic”系列，我任然将它免费公开了！！！
不过虽然是Classic系列，但是其实我融入了一些FF16的元素，比如Tri-disaster和Astral Impulse就试图尽力还原FF16版本的Tri-disaster和Giga flare。
另外还有一些灵感来源于Touhou系列，不知道你们是否能从中看出来？
Ifrit，Garuda，和Titan使用Eden版本的模型，因为我觉得他们更加“时髦”。
而巴哈姆特和菲尼克斯，我则对他们进行了一些额外的设计修改，包括模型和贴图和配色。

The idea to incorporate Eden versions is great since the Egi takes on the WoL interpretation of the primals. Can’t wait to try this mod out

Papa hooked us up with this INSANE early Christmas gift! It's seriously mind-blowing! I specially liked the SFX work on this one and Titan's VFX looks incredible, also what a cool idea to make Phoenix's ability bounce off the target, really adds a lot of depth to the design. Amazing work again Papa!

Warrior probably has the best looking skills in vanilla of the four tanks, but I think *every* class should have their basic combo buttons reworked - at a minimum - in the way that Papa's PLD revamp does it. If you're gonna be doing 1-2-3/1-2-4 for 40-50 sec out of every 60, it oughta at least look good.

I like how you've achieved that old Summoner feeling with the Summons having less corporeal bodies, and then made the abilities feel so impactful and powerful. As a summoner player, this feels like a masterpiece. Square Enix could learn a thing or two about ability aesthetics from you
PLD and now SMN really show how much you’ve improved your skills (which were great from the start). With this I believe that only leaves GNB, DRK, MNK, and RPR left needing these awesome classic remakes

you have no idea how happy I am to see this! the actions feel so much more satisfying now. The impact from the animation, the sfx and the slight camera shakes not too extreme for someone with motion sickness like myself.
Outstanding work as always, its crazy to see how much you've improved over the years. I'm not a big fan of the SMN rework but this VFX is definitely enough to make me play it more often.

Crazy, as always. As much as I love the original skills, the more I see and use your mods, the more I think that they should be a standard for every classes.
I've been following Sort of Arbitrary for as long as they started making SMN mods and love how they make their mods so versatile to allow for so many different combinations. Sorta like a "Build-A-Summoner" with how the packs work. However, I have to say that as a standalone pack, this one is absolutely incredible with the details and how much impact you've added to all of the abilities and animations. I'll be adding this to my extensive list of SMN packs for sure! :D
I’ve been waiting on this since endwalker started great job you do not disappoint it’s so hard to find a modder who balances flashiness with job identity like you do and i don’t have the time or talent to make a good mod myself.
I was already really impressed with your previous PLD mod but this is just straight gorgeous. That awesome music though makes me think you have a Clive inspired Effects mod in the works.

Idk if it might be a hint as for a future mod, but it might just be a 'joke' in the form of him having done a super flashy animation for the most useless spell in the SMN's arsenal, which is Physick.

I've had absolutely no interest in Summoner after they removed the damage over time actions, but seeing this... I finally understand the appeal to the idea of summoning these arcane primals and channeling their essence to destroy foes. Your mod really captures the core concept of the job and portrays it beautifully and I can't wait to try it myself
I mained SMN in FFXI as a kid, it was the most epic feeling mage to me, outside of Dragon's Dogma Sorc. We'd have full SMN groups just obliterating things by syncing a single big move. I was very happy when they went more into that style in FFXIV Endwalker and I could finally main it again. I miss Diabolos though 🦇
Same here. I was main summoner for long time since the start of the game but when they removed the DOTs I lost all taste for it
I'm glad it can make you be intereted in SMN again！I think the previous 5.0 SMN had a lot of DOT and poison related skills that were not in line with the FF series summoner's settings. The 6.0 revision has made it more in line with the settings, but the orignal one lacks some "appeal"

Great work as usual. I love all your vfx work. The only feedback I'd give on Smn is that it would be cool for Ifrit/Garuda/Titan to also get their colour palette like what you did with Bahamut/phoenix or make them "glow" their colour like the current in game version. But it is only a small nit pick. Keep up the great work

I love your mods. And you show that it is possible to make awesome mods without wanting to get money! There are mods out there you have to pay and that are only half awesome then your mods.

I have been looking forward to your "classic remakes" to jobs and loved the PLD one, waited to see yours for summoner and I didn't have to wait long. SMN is my main and I love SMN now a lot more since they got rid of the dots so now I mostly only play SMN this will be the one I get. I'm Interested in seeing the other jobs once you get those done.

I think the only tiny thing I’d request is to have the carbuncle change colors depending on which primal phase you’re in. Little dude just stands there now so might as well give him something interesting! So like after Ifrit comes out and the carby returns it’s got the Ruby color until you use up your hits, and so on. But seriously this whole thing was mesmerizing to watch, you do such an amazing job on these!
This may not be possible at the code level.

Now THIS is how you do animations for the Summoner class. By actually giving SOUL to the class' skill animations, unlike the boring aesthetics we currently have. Are you taking notes lousy developers? The fact I'm not a FF player (let alone a fan of the series), and yet, might consider wanting to play the game just to pick up this cool class actually says a lot.
