Для нашей семьи очень отлично подходит. Во-первых, тем, что одноэтажный. Потом, что 4 спальни и достаточно туалетно- ванных комнат. То, что два входа в дом -это важно для удобства. Некоторые переносы для своей семьи я бы сделал, но это будет личные переделки. Но в общем - для меня наиболее подходящая планировка из всех.

It's not terrible, but there are some changes that would probably improve it, and even cut down on the square footage. There are a lot of unnecessary doors, walls, and windows. 5 windows in every room is excessive, and you lose a lot of wall space. Not to mention that from a structural perspective, windows and doors are two of the weakest areas of a wall, and are where your walls will likely crack first. You really only need maybe 2 windows in each extra room and maybe 3 in the master bedroom. I would also only have one window in the kitchen, likely above the sink. But ideally, I would place the sink on the south side of the kitchen instead to facilitate the ability to view the living room from the sink as well as make the south counter area into a bar seating arrangement. I would also remove the walls around the kitchen. There's no need to close off the kitchen, dining, and living room from each other with walls, and you can remove their doors. Further, you don't need 3 bathrooms for a one floor house, even with 4 bedrooms. You already have a guest bathroom to the west side of the house. I would combine the master bathroom with the bathroom next to it to make a better master bathroom with double sink, shower, bathtub, and toilet room.
But, if I were going to make it ideal to me, in addition to the above changes, I would change this to a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. I would move the kitchen and dining room, along with their north walls, down until flush with north walls of the bedrooms to the north west and north east. This would also make it an ideal design for the growing popularity of barndominiums. The north half of north east bedroom would become a laundry room as well as the north exit. With the south half, I would move the master bathroom north and put in a walk through master bedroom closet. With the north exit moved, it would now free up space in the kitchen to put in a proper pantry.

I think the kitchen and the dining area should be together. You shouldn't have to exit the kitchen, then walk around to enter the dining area from another door

Your bathhouse on the left hand side per the floor plan view has no access but the 3d animation indicates there is an access. so please check the line thickness on the plan and correct that. the line thickness shows that its a wall
