Thank God for this teaching! I started fasting today 09 01 23. I'm so blessed 🙌. I've been 'fasting" for years now but have never done it right and therefore have never had results. I'm so excited .I can't wait to see what God will do.

His teaching make no sense to you because you are not born again. You need to give your heart to Jesus, second you need to be filled with the Holy Spirit, and ask Him to give you understanding and knowledge of Him as you read the bible. Third you need to ask God to show you every area in your live where you have unconfessed sin, and a life style that is not of Him; meaning confess your sins and ask the Holy Spirit show them to you.
