I think that there should have been some romantic relationship between the mature lady and the younger man. Perhaps kissing and torrid embracing resulting from a prolonged period of time when her husband and son weren't around. They could have shown Kiran inviting the young man to stay in her house for a week or so because her husband and son would be away on separate trips far away. Suggestive scenes of the young man slipping into the house, they kiss , scenes with clothes coming off, sounds of love making heard from a room or the house, perhaps without showing them in bed or elsewhere in the house making love.
