He knew he was about to get cornered. I hate him but he’s too smart to not realize how still the argument is that abortion isn’t murder at 10 weeks but it is at 20. Pretending he really thinks there is no moral value in a fetus pre-whatever stage of development he decided to base his argument around (I think he says when the brain shows development needed to create a conscious experience). He uses the same weird “brain development supremacy” argument with treatment of animals, which he believes you should be legally and morally allowed to torture because of their difference is conscious experience. But yeah I just don’t think anyone with truth serum would be able to say they truly think the difference in value of a 10 and 20 week fetus is actually morally distinguishable or morally justifiable. I’d respect him more if he was just like I value the fetus at 0 until it comes out more than him pretending brain activity is what he finds valuable, but the potentiality of brain activity is suddenly completely IRRELEVANT. Yeah, no buying anyone actually thinks this way, it’s just what he thought was the easiest way to debate it for himself to feel there is some basis in science, in reality it’s just a lack of concern for anyone’s life and a lack of wanting to separate too far from his tribe.

Do you hate women or something?
Because abortion is NOT good for the body.
Obviously terminating a pregnancy is going to destroy your hormones.
Which causes loads of problems. Extra hair on your chin and chest, or losing hair on your head.
Also causes severe anxiety and depression, which often leads to suicide.
But they don't want you to know that because they get $800 IN POCKET for each abortion.
They are literally charging women to destroy their bodies.
And men are okay with it because they also want to have careless sex.

They're ruining it for the real victims.
It's NOT cool. The trend is not good, or fun. It's destructive to women.
If you ever want a future for women you'll stop preaching the nonsense the media wants you too.
Do your own independent research. Seriously you'll see how bad things are if you do.
Also when I was pregnant, my baby at just a few weeks old was spinning and doing flips in my tummy whenever I smelled food.
She knew she was getting fed. Literally at like 9 ish weeks.
Majority of women don't find out they are pregnant until 8-10 weeks.

Destiny’s answer was around 20-24 weeks when the anatomy that can experience a sense of self is formed and before that it’s just cells that the mother can do what it wants with. Their argument was the moment of conception, the problem is they didn’t follow the supporting analogies well. Just not yet mature and developed enough to live on his own outside of me. But he was most definitely a person. (Before anyone comes at me with "Babies can't breathe at that gestation, babies can't live at that gestation" He only only lived for 2 1/2 hours after birth because his umbilical cord was still attached and his placenta continued to function properly even with him outside of me. So there has to be some brain function in week 5 of gestation but it’s developed in week 3. Studies actually show that babies in the womb learn. Even before birth, a child's brain is capable of processing and transporting information. Studies told us that a prenatal baby's brain can analyze certain information, including their mother's unique voice and speech patterns, as well as songs and stories repeatedly read to them in-utero.

After the holocaust they saw an increase in depression and anxiety in survivors children and even grandchildren. So people who never experienced the holocaust felt the after effects. The term ‘transmission’ of trauma has been used to describe these consequences, defined as thoughts, feelings, and behaviours generated from the survivors’ experiences and transmitted to their offspring. Results show that the offspring of Holocaust victims were more likely to have these altered chemical patterns, even in the absence of trauma, as epigenetic changes occur from the body's expectation that the offspring will endure the same environment as their parent. You can be "broke" (no consciousness) either when you are dead (loose all the money) or when you are born (don't have any money). All that he has been trying to argue for 4 hours is that we remove the right to not be killed when there is a "lack of conscious experience" . This "lack of conscious experience" happens at death and before 20 weeks. The fact that you "will be" has no meaning if you are not religious. Before 20 weeks you, as a person, do not exist. So, there is no right that can be applied.

@@giuseros85 Ah, I beg your pardon. Upon a re-watch you are correct, my apologies for wasting your time instead of doing my due diligence. That's what I get for writing a comment after a single cursory listen.
I do disagree with the latter portion of your comment, but it's not pertinent within the context of the analogy provided, so I won't bother.
Thanks for the clarification, and God bless.
