Actually, hikari has that armor because the spirits in planet arb bonded into him since they saw his lust for revenge, he still gets to use the armor even after coming back as hikairi
Fact is Tsurugi (Hikari) is winner > Hikari wins both rounds because he currently scales higher than Agul Since has more Experienced In Being an Ultra and as a Fighter (Tsurugi)、While Fujimiya was Only An Ultra for Years (If we Count his Appearance in Orb Origin Saga)、Because He has a Scientist、Hikari Could Probably Use Some of his Inventions Like the (Knight Timbre、Geed Riser/Ultra Capsules、Z Riser/Ultra Medals etc) To beat A Physically Superior Opponent like Agul (depends on which).

The ironic part is that agul can only last 3 minutes in other planets but has no limit on earth
And hikari has no limit to space but can only last 3 minutes in earth

It’s like Tsupro treat Agul dirty the same way as nintendo did with Waluigi , They already did Agul dirty since he returned on Gaia Episode 4 It felt like Nintendo treat Waluigi like he’s Nothing , This is more apparent in V1 since he would later become a jobber in V2 (Except for Episode 41 , 44 , 51 , Second Part of Gaia Once Again and Origin Saga Episode 9).
