      I haven't seen anyone really hating on these figures as a whole aside from the stupid cell shading paint job, nor have I seen anyone hate on the 90s show. The annoyance is coming from the fact that this is probably the most accurate 90s Jim Lee Wolverine we've gotten, and it was an exclusive with a gimmick paint job.

    @Jojo_Jostar7 Před 2 lety

    Awesome work,and not to detract from that,but I see alot of collectors saying they don't care for the cell shading on this line,but I actually think it's cool,it adds the paint that collectors in the past have said figs lacked,if your into photography with your figs with these you don't gotta play around so much with lighting to get those shadow effects,and were talking about characters based off comics so I think these can work in a display it's not like they are 100% pure representations of the animated series,only thing I would change is the hands,swap em for ones I could put the metal claws in.

    • @VADtoys
      @VADtoys  Před 2 lety

      The issue with this shading and shading we all want is that this shading is a tad too particular in terms of where the light hits at all times. It looks cool from one angle but put him in a display full of non shaded figures and he just looks a bit out of place. I don't think this Wolverine in particular is a horrible example but I'm definitely happier with him clean of shadows.

    • @Jojo_Jostar7
      @Jojo_Jostar7 Před 2 lety

      @@VADtoys I think it looks good cleaned up too,it's just that's the great thing about figs and what we get and just this culture yeah they screw up its not a perfect science but you know it just makes for multiple displays shit we got so many iterations of different characters wolverine for example this with the shading gotta go in a 90s animated series display and if you a fan then only thing you might say is we didn't get the unmasked head and we got pre fixed claws and the gripping hands aren't accurate gotta love this figlife.
