    I started putting in a lot of time and attention to line choice after watching Cathro's world cup videos. Has made a massive difference in my riding. Helpful to see him bring this down a level to everyday riders and how to think things through.

    As someone who learned all this myself over the years, it's really cool to see it put to words and see what I've done right and done wrong. Some things that are so unconscious and have never even crossed my mind as a make or break skill for line choice, especially the eyes looking ahead and avoiding fixation. Thanks PB and Ben!

    Follow the shape of the track and the bike will deal with it that's the best thing I've heard at all my years of riding. That's what I try to tell people but I've never said it that way.

    Great content Ben! Good line choice is still something I struggle with, knowing when to best brake and turn on gnarly terrain eludes me...but I am getting better and your content I think will help me get better still, as long as I can effectively put the theory into practice on the trail.

    I’d check out the book “The Sports Gene” as there are some interesting studies validating the notion of professionals having greater computing power in terms of information efficiency; particularly as it relates to visual acuity.

    Brilliant video as always Ben! A good POV comparison about looking ahead would have been to point a gopro at your feet ride a section and then repeat the section with a proper angle! Keep the videos coming!
