    Also an excellent addition to these superfoods you mentioned would be supplementing with a high quality fish oil and COQ10.

      potassium from what??

    • @RichardHarlos
      @RichardHarlos Před 9 měsíci

      @@Thats_Right80 Sadly in the internet age, many people appear to have lost the ability to 'write what they mean'. My guess is that he's saying that the 3 food listed have lots of potassium in them.
      One caution that continually pings me is when people use *_relative_* words to express risk, harm, benefit, dosages, frequency, etc. I prefer to have actual numbers to consider.
      So, when the original comment says **lots** of potassium, what is the amount of potassium, and in how much of a serving of each food listed? Without these details, the list, as well as the word "lots" are all but meaningless.

    Any food that lowers cholesterol will also lowers bp. These foods are normally high in magnesium, manganese and potassium. Practice adding cayenne pepper, moringa or amla powder and ceylon cinnamon powder to your meals throughout your eating window. Exercise after each meal for about 15 to 30 minutes. You can do the soleus feet exercise under your table

    You would have to eat 47 bananas a day to get a daily dose, there are much better alternatives

    • @RichardHarlos
      @RichardHarlos Před 9 měsíci +1

      It wasn't suggested in the video that a person get their entirely daily allotment exclusively from bananas. Did you not understand this when you heard the information, or are you just trolling for the fun of it?
