A Vegas foodie for years, I can definitely vouch for some of these foods. Goodwich , Shangs, Mr Mamas, viva Las Arepas, Tacos El Gordo are definitely some places I recommend for people out of town visiting
Cafe Sanuki too. I would add Soho Japanese Restaurant during Happy Hour although I know they adjusted their HH menu recently post pandemic, I think the quality of their dishes are worth the price there. I go to Big Wong too in Chinatown for Chinese/Malay food under $10 like their curry roti and their chicken wings for takeout and eat them at the roof top floor of Rio’s parking garage overlooking the Vegas skyline. Another one I go to is Cruncheez for Korean street dogs.
When you go to Vegas cheap, forget about driving or Uber yourself around so foot patrol for cheap eats on the strip is just as fun. $3 footlong hot dog in the casino royale across the street of Caesar palace. Add 99 cents for grill onions. Inside the miracle mile at planet Hollywood, go around noon to eat at ocean restaurant. $5 for lots of items on the menu. $10 for 3 drinks. Inside miracle mile, there is ketchup restaurant but on weekdays like Tuesday, 2 for 1 dogs or any other week days, $5 giant burger Behind Bally's is Ellis island casino. They have $6.99 steak n eggs or after 4pm, half rack of ribs n bbq chicken for $13. Cheapest buffet on the strip is at circus circus. If you have a car, you can go cheaper at them station's casino buffet. If you want a sushi in a burrito, japarrito at the Ferris wheel by the lync. Cheap enough to try Eat these are enough to last you a short weekend vacation getaway.
Thank you for posting all of your videos. I have been to Shang's Artisan Noodle twice so far and I don't live in Vegas. Their noodles are great and you have to try their dumplings which are so heavenly. Best thing is they are well priced and portions are generous. You have to get there at least 45mins - 30mins before opening to ensure you don't wait several hours, it's a hole in the wall restaurant so seats are limited. Great staff service and delicious food. Must try when in Vegas!
You missed out on Vicki's diner. They were on the strip forever but now they just reopened at the new location off of Sahara and commerce. That will be my first stop when I return to vegas

I suggest you look on the restaurant website to find the item you want to eat specifically. Point being, they are all under $15
