Thanks , i fixed error code 42 with red flashing wrench and tailights constant flashing plus beeping with a slight bend to the negative and plus plug from controller...your awesome.
For anyone that has the external battery connecting issue due to the ext battery not staying where its supposed to do yourself a favor and dont force it or jam the battery back upto the main stem because that can disfigure the prongs of the female connectors inside the main stem. Instead u should detach that ext battery and make sure those prongs are in the proper location rather then bent up or pushed in. Once u have confirmation that the plug is in fact how its supposed to be then you need to make sure and remount it better and more securely up against the stem where it cannot budge. The reason for it loose to begin with was probably the bolts holding it in place had loosened like they often do. Always ensure all bolts are screwed tightly b4 every ride u take.
I found the cause of error 54! I removed the front wheel with a motor and cables for connection and the brown cable was torn (broken in half or frayed) I cleaned both sides and connected them together, insulated and put everything back as it was before. Everything is working! And now I know that error 54 is one of three broken cables.
My ES4 e-scooter has an exposed wire located: behind front tire / bottom of long stem. This wire snapped due to the sharp edges & folding the scooter. What is this wire and How can I replace it? Is there a video, link or diagram 😩😳
I had this same issue yesterday and today I decided to take it apart and disconnect all the wires and clean it. After cleaning it and connect all the cables back and test it again the problem gone. Now I'm back on the road again driving my ninebot Segway es4.
Shul Watching another CZcams video and The guy was replacing a throttle I think that could be the problem because when I crashed it the throttle went forward and got jammed
Easier and cheap way, get a knife to peal cable so the wire is sticking out on both ends. Twist them together and wrap the area with electrical cable. That should work.
@@benton_g99 unfortunately my rides were too long. I found using my car a lot more and had very lil time to cruise with the schooter due to work. That's the reason I sold it. But I would definitely get another one if I had more free time on my hands to ride.
That is gonna be a battery problem. It's more likely gonna be because your battery can't hold a charge anymore. This happens when you run the scooter untill it's completely dead on you. You should never push the scooter to completely dead because the batteries can go bad. Batteries are supposed to tell the scooter "I'm out of juice" and therefore it should not work till you charge them, but if you do this too many times it can definitely overdischarge your battery and mess it up. Another reason is the battery is really old and it's life time already gave out. You will have to replace your battery unfortunately. It's the only way to fix that error. Unless you know someone who can recharge a DEAD battery. (There are probably some videos, but it's a bit hard to do). Good luck.
Hello There! Please i need help! I brought from The US to Brazil 2x ES4 models and both have error 21 when I turn on, why this? How I can solve this? Please Help meeeeee
Error 21 is an internal battery error. Make sure the 4 pin white wire connection hasn't been disconnected from the circuit board. As well as just check all the connections inside the tide above the front drive tire. It is 4 security screws to get into the battery to check it.
From what I was able to dig on the net, error 54 is relatively a new error. Someone said this error was not part of the error list before and that supposedly it was introduced after a new firmware update. Does this error start when your turn on the schooter? Or shortly after?

Hey my scooter just shut off while I was riding it now it doesn’t wanna take a charge or turn what can be the issue?

My ES1 say E Erro what problem is that do I need to get a new dashboard or a new handlebars
for the most part the handlebars will be fine. I would look up the "E Erro" online and see what it pops out. I don't know what the codes mean.

I have an error 10 and upon taking everything apart my blue wire was split in half. how can I fix it?
Easier and cheap way, get a knife to peal cable so the wire is sticking out on both ends. Twist them together and wrap the area with electrical cable. That should work.
Both red and yellow cables are damaged so you should fix them as well.
Scooter worked with no issues after so I went with "if it's not broken don't fix it".
Yo man, did you had error 21 yet?
no, I actually sold the scooter a while back. Never got that error other than this one.

Hello do you know how to fix Error 45 for a Segway ES2 ?(it shots down and you should connect the charger in order to turn on again)

Hi Rodrigo! I have the same problem, error 21 and it doesn't work anymore. Did you solve the problem? if yes, how? Thanks a lot!
Did you buy it in Aliexpress?
