When I have mine on semi it shoots in a two round burst, is it supposed to do this or is there a way I can change it to just one shot per trigger pull

got the $210 version a week ago. out of the box the stock won't even lock into place... but my classic army MP5 does. I thought Elite Force brand was supposed to be flawless...
