My Dad spoke Spanish, very little English. When he heard Marty Robbin’s sing tears welled up in his eyes. He bought the cassette tape of Mr. Robbin’s songs, played them over & over , eventually singing along in English. He would have me play those songs before he passed.

I could just sit and look at these two for hours...then they open their mouth and sing...Lordy, nearly faint, voices from heaven !! So glad I lived during this era...they don't make 'em like this anymore.

Marty Robbins is like Elvis, a one of a kind. He sang with such ease. He left us way to soon. Just makes my heart skip a beat to hear him begin to sing, he was wonderful.
