    Thank you so much -;wish I could buy you a beer for how much help your videos were! Buying a Prius prime 2020 and the manual as well as the salesman could not explained these operations at even a quarter of the clarity.

    The blue section of the battery is reserved for hybrid functions. The green section is for EV only driving (unless you switch to HV mode which should always be available).

    Thanks for sharing! Have you used the Predictive Efficient Driving feature? I'm curious to know how the vehicle communicates to the driver when to disengage the accelerator pedal. Does it show on your HUD as well? Anyway looking forward to the additional videos!

      +hellodlo - great question, I have not played around with that feature much but will try to see how it works and create a video for it when I can. Thanks

    Is there an easy way to see mileage **only when it's in hybrid mode**? I'm more interested in how efficiently it's functioning in hybrid operation in particular than seeing it say that I'm getting a few-hundred miles per gallon because I'm mostly driving on electric.

      I have been driving long distance trips, and I can tell you it is right around 50mpg since I have not been charging much in between trips.

    Any ideas how the software updates take place? policies? user vs dealer?

    • @cloud9life1
      @cloud9life1  Před 7 lety +1

      I would think it has to be performed by the dealership when you bring it in for service.

      Cloud9Life Thanks for getting back. Have you looked around for any software update menu options on the displays?

      +Sina Taheri - i checked and i think there is a button to update but since I don't have the medium it would not work

    Is it just me or does the sway warning icon look like a cup of hot coffee?!

      On my Prius when I’m driving of the white lines more than once it’ll say “ need a break?” With a cup of coffee ☕️
      😂
