    At least the Caledonian engines used a Caledonian whistle.

      Sounds a lot better than the original whistles (which I honestly was expecting when I first heard about the twins returning to CGI) but it sounds much better with this kind of whistle (which the real life counterparts also used the same type of whistle as well, if you compare one whistle to another)

      Frisco #1522's CB&Q 5 chime but high pitched or UP #4466's Star brass 5 chime

      Either that, or it could possibly be South Simcoe Railway #136’s whistle but high-pitched, or some other 5 chime. Just thought I’d point it out, that’s all.
