- The time is here, for us to open our ears to the voice acting skills our fans have to offer. We need Crowd Ambience for our BIONICLE series, and this is your best opportunity to get your voice into Project Toa. I know that Crowd ambience is not the most exciting news, but we do need it. The samples we presented were merely to give you ideas, and weren't the best acting

Something I should’ve mentioned in the video, if you’re going to do raised voices/yelling, you need to actually raise your voice and not try to fake it. Just let it out. (If you’re in an environment that allows for you to do so with a mic that can record it properly)

A couple questions, if you're still open for receiving crowd lines:
1. What audio format would you prefer to have the lines in?
2. How meticulously would you prefer to have the audio clipped? Should I, say, do a bunch of gasps in different voices all in one file, or would it be more convenient that I separate each line from one another
You could send it in wav preferably, but mp3 is optional, as long as it doesn't downgrade quality. You can do the clips either way as long as you don't cut anything short
Y'know mate, I've just gotten my own Microphone too record my voice, to satisfying results. Perhaps some roles I'd play could perhaps be some humorous throwbacks to Bionicle Media, or better yet, since Mata Nui is a tropical Island with tribes of Matoran, have a go at certain tribal noises, like singing the Takara Dances. Would that prove effective from me?
Not sure about dance songs or throwbacks, but you could send any of your various ideas and we could see what you get. Definitely some interest in tribal noises.

man i want to be in but my mike is bad af and my dislexia is alsow not helping
Just wanted to ask, are we allowed to come up with our own matoran slang as I'm not as deep into their language, slangs and words for animals etc. Just thought I'd ask since with the maha and husi it sort of concerned me with needing knowledge of their words and all that haha.
I could make you a list of any of the animals or whatever you want to know.
@@LittleBrotherhoodStudios probably just animals every day items, market goods those sort of things just to not only write up some dialogue but to also get a better feel for your universe and just so I don't end up making something up that wouldn't be great for the ambience

How long the movie will be?
It will be a mini serie of 7 episodes in season 1, being roughly around or a minimum of 30 minutes per ep.

Neat? So, what does it take? Just me shouting some stuff like a merchant, like kohlis or just talking to a Matoran talking random stuff?
Any and all of what you said. We're wanting to build up some ambience for crowds in the background so if you want do lines for one of or all of those scenarios, go for it. We could also use as many voices as you can pull off in as many different emotions as you can, like we described.

Voice actingnis good. Can you done it more mechanical? Like machine speaking?
We will add mechanical sounds but that's not something you guys have to worry about when recording.
