1. I can't just blame Mnet as much as the industry itself. Sleep deprivation, starvation, and constant sickness is par for the course. SNSD mentioned filming Gee for 36 hours straight and that was before 2009. I'm sure every few years the standards for perfection get even more intense, and filming a song with 99 girls is far worse. A lot of the Mnet employees are probably in hell just like the girls (I say this with no certainty, just a speculation). 2. Knowing this makes you realize it's very immature to "hate" any of the girls. Regardless of how they performed or if they were irritable/lazy in some scenes, the fact that they are all holding up so well under so much pressure and exhaustion. It's amazing so many are able to have a sense of humor, think maturely, be professional enough to have a mic drop and be unfazed, and behave in a friendly manner towards each other.

It's normal to sleep less once the production started, especially in Asian countries where the Union doesn't exist or don't have the power to set a limit time of production a day. Been there and done that.. 2 months straight, average sleep 5 hours in the studio or office's lounge. Wake up, brush teeth.. 14-19 hours of shooting, waiting, arranging props, backup files etc. Then continue until the whole thing is complete. That's the reason why a lot of people who get into this broadcasting production work doesn't last long. The one who lasted will promote to become PD or higher executive position where they have more free time. If you want to work in this industry and expecting 9 to 5 treatment, wrong job scope and industry.

I think korean are a bit demanding, that why all the idol are like so stress. if you want to be idol you have to get ready for that.
