I'm a muslim, and i love my brothers and sisters either from sunni or shiites muslim, it will be mush better if we unite. May Allah shower His mercy and His wisdom on him and us. Amien. I love this lecture.

Please can you share this Dua, anyone can please reply me with the written Dua in English, please, i cannot read Arabic
Very good lecture. It relates to the reality. Logical. Whoever accuses the shiites for being infidel should check their facts before posting any comments!! La verité est avec Ahlul Bait (A.S) !! قال رسول الله(ص): الحق مع علي و علي مع الحق.
Thank you for uploading this wonderful and inspiring lecture. May Allah (SWT) bless Sayed Mahdi and those working at the YMAmedia. Hope his Ramadhan 2011 lectures will also be uploaded Inshallah.
I agree with most of what has been said here..but I couldn't understand the earlier comment : "God has created and left this world..", and that "this world is cursed.." since there's suffering in it. Also this: "this world has been designed to distract you from God.." Firstly, I don't think the world is cursed, nor is God not ever present..which the speaker does admit later in the lecture. The Quran has said, "God is closer to you than your jugular vein." Secondly, a) God has not left us to our own devices, He is always here, and b) if there is suffering in the world, a huge part of it is our own doing and c) we can grow through suffering, because it's a good teacher and d) if we cause suffering, we should face the consequences, so we will have to endure suffering too for the suffering we cause/d. Regarding the comment "this world has been designed to distract you"..it's not the creativity of the Creator that distracts you from the Creator. So when we are with nature, close to it, we feel the presence of God. It's more true to say that it's HUMAN CREATIVITY in this world that distract you from God. All the various sources of entertainment, sport, hubris, material possessions are all distractions that take you away from the remembrance of God and from Reality. Yet, taking the advice of Imam Ali Ibn Abi Taleb, we cannot abandon the world, we should not live the life of an ascetic, far removed from everyone and everything, sitting up on some mountain or in the woods somewhere far away from living life. Rather, if you want to reach the level of a true gnostic, you have to always remember God or keep your mind on the Reality, as you go about living your life, doing whatever you do..you go through life, yet you stay detached from it. This is the balance that needs to be achieved.
But i have 2 confusions... 1. Allah created this world and never looked at it with the eye of mercy...yet one of His attributes is *Ar Rehman* , the Merciful....we all live here and Allah bestows his mercy on us. So what does the sayed means when he makes the above statement. 2. Allah created this world and this world distracts a person from the remembrance of Allah, the Creator....so why does Allah himself created a world that distracts, He Himself created an ornament for the confusion of humans? I am confused....
People used to assume that the ring finger had a vein that was connected to the heart, and thus why we wear rings on that finger. But in reality, all veins from every finger lead back to the heart. But his ring, matrimonial or religious, can be worn on any finger he likes. It is only a social norm to wear rings on the ring finger.
You left out the parts where you have to submit or die, and those parts about killing those who are not a part of/leave the faith, and so this sounds rather nice. Well done! +1 like.

Hi every1 there is one question that has been troubling me in regards to shiism and i was wondering if you guys can help me answer it.
+harry dicksonballs Hi there. I'm not sure that I will be able to help you, but what is your question?
+m0sawy i have a question , is it wajid for us to follow the wilayahtul faqih?
+marko marin No its not. It is a THEORY of governance. You either accept it or challenge it :)
I can't take you seriously with that name, but what's your question?
No bro it’s wajib
god save you
How does prayer distract someone from God?
If it wasn't for Allah, it does.
In fact everything distracts us unless it's for Allah
😞😞
