I am from Vietnam. I consider myself being overthinking sometimes. I calm myself down, I try and it works. I realize that we could not avoid unpleasant things in life, but if we learn to be relaxed in every moment, we could really manage stress and learn to live happily. That is what we have to learn especially in a modern life like now where we do usually feel lost in a world that may not sometimes belong to us.
