He hands out new contracts for deadwood players like Dummett, Richie and Krafth. How is this good enough?! Whys he not being hounded with hard questions?
One of the problem is the that Eddie is too loyal to some “key” players. He should have learnt his lesson this season by rotating his players to keep both starting 11 players and bench players fresh and competitive and dropping those who are not performing. But you can see he learnt nothing and continues to stick with his favourite players, pity.
They we're just better than us on the day. Their system is great against the press. They banged 2 in against City. Our players weren't brave enough. We dont shoot enough. And howe doesn't change players enough.
Kraft, Longstaff, Burn, Murphy. All great lads but none of them should be in the starting 11 next year, realistically most shouldn’t be on the bench for the majority of games.
A flat away day, second best everywhere, the whole side was lacklustre. Trying Hollywood back heels and flicks throughout the side, instead of taking care of the ball. Should have changed things, but take nothing away from a scary Palace side, that were constantly dangerous
Inconsistency against the poorer teams and some strange tactical decisions. Let’s see what happens Saturday but we may struggle against some of the games to finish season, glad we have Man Utd as we play well against better teams this season
Transfer window is a time to replace Bruce era players, they give their all, but can’t go to the well over and over. We need players with a higher ceiling to improve us long term. I think even our better players were believing the hype trying Hollywood back heels and Zidane type turns, instead of holding on to the ball. Palace were class btw

As for the football it has been downhill since match day 2 away at City. Spurs game was an outlier. PSG games in Europe were also outliers. Other than that we have been found out pretty much consistently. Even Arsenal bully us at SJP with dirty tactics. Arsenal who tried to walk the ball into the net have adapted while our manager continues to use underwhelming tactics and Sean Longstaff for 90 minutes every single away match.

Livermento as an emergency-only sub causes many fans to moan about the line up,in hindsight, players not being up for it is the most disappointing aspect to me. I only had radio as no legal way to view, but onwards and upwards. PS, your sound was very quiet.
I expected to lose tonight. Inconsisteny is our identity. We dont play well away from home and couple that with the fact we only turn up against the better teams, and you end up with results like this.
Will take years to rotate squad mate as you know . Obviously everyone knows players are not top 6 but unless your Chelsea it will take 5 seasons at least. Can’t just bin them all and have a thin inexperienced squad

The bloke has just played a winger as a right back and left one of the best young right backs in Europe on the bench. I absolutely DETEST this manager.
Howe is not a good manager, a top manager changes his team for each opponent. Wrong players again in an awful formation. How Tino and Hall are not in that team is criminal. Howe just hates youth! Blatant penalty mind but absolutely shocking performance. Murphy and Longstaff were THEIR best players
