Welcome to the Fourth Episode of GWR (Growing With Ria.) As many of you may know, I cut a lot of my hair off about 6 months ago, and my hair growth has been crazy! During this growth series I will be going over EVERYTHING growth related! * About The Inversion Method *
The Inversion Method claims to grow up to an inch of hair in seven days. The theory behind it is that being inverted, along with a scalp massage, is supposed to increase circulation to the scalp and allow more blood flow to your hair follicles allowing hair growth to increase.

What type of oil can I use?
- Basically any oil that is safe to use in your hair.
When can I wash my hair?

I use this method everyday and I rinse it out the next day. I put it on in the morning go on with my day at night add a bit more wait 20 minutes and then shower. I rinse my hair with water and I have grown 6 inches in a month.

Maera Nguiamba 6 inches is absurd. your hair only grows 1.5 cm a month and with castor oil it should escalate to 3 cm

Maera Nguiamba yes it works but I recently cut my hair and stopped doing this because it grew out of control so definitely follow what she says because it was so crazy I cut it to a pixie cut!
marie molina everyone has different hair and scalp but my hair has always grown a bit quickly as long as I took care of it.
I seen a lot of people do this and I can't believe how well it works for some people.
I use like this wild grow oil because I can only use certain things on my hair will that work 2

I recently got the conditioner and saw it has keratin does that loosen the curls???
to make the castor oil less thick, try mixing olive oil into it. the olive oil will make it slightly thinner and easier to work with, as well as the added benefit of being good for your hair :)

Kawaii Wolf Senpai by hand yes so I just rubbed my hands together and massaged my scalp. You can heat the oil but that's more of a hot oil treatment and for your whole head of hair and you rinse after. Hope that helped😘 if you have anymore questions feel free to ask x
BanaMUA so your saying if I get the oil and rub it in my hands for a while it'll warm up is that correct
Kawaii Wolf Senpai yes. if you're using castor oil it's quite thick anyway so you would have to rub your hands together to spread it

that's a pseudo-scientific myth, microwaves have no significant affect on the nutrients in food.

YO THIS WORKSSSS. I was a bit skeptical at first but last week Saturday I tried it and I just washed my hair and I noticed results. Last month a cut my hair a little above shoulder length and now my hair is resting on my shoulder

My hair has grown from my shoulders to alittle over two inches just by doing hot oil treatments every week. I'm going to try this inversion method and see if it works even better, thanks for the tip!
y’all this really really works! i grew my hair 3/4 of an inch this week so far and only on day 4!
omgsh, yes you can put other products in your hair whilst you do this. you apply the oil everyday for 7 days but if you need to wash it, wash it after the 3rd day and yes you can dampen your hair in between doing this.
Can you try this if you have straight relaxed hair?
Castor oil is Mascriti in Haiti, and yes it's help with growing hair and if you have thin hair it's help a lot.
I heard this works even better with a few drops of rosemary oil in the castor oil. I'm gonna try it this week.
Thank you for this , I trimmed my hair and I'm really frustrated at the length. It took away some of the confidence in my hair I had built but what gets cut must grow right , I'll try this and hopefully it works x
I recently did a REALLY BIG chop. And now my hair is only like 2 inches :/. I chopped it off because of heat damage and I'm happy that my hair is healthier now, but I want to grow it out. Hopefully by this time next year it will reach my chin.
Hi ... I use these in my hair it grow so fast ( castor oil and rosemary oil ) mix it together in a bottle and pass it tru your hair it really works leave it in hair for two week without washing out .

I’ve been doing this for 4 days( no oil) and I can definitely see my hair is longer
If you want to heat it up you can always put the bottle in hot water or but it a glass container and boil it just like you would for a baby’s bottle

Hey, i have a method If you don't like the microwave ideea. Put the bottle of oil in warm water and wait like 5 minutes.
Without even using oil my. Hair would grow faster using the other methods the massaging and tilting your head down for scalp circulation. Scalp circulation is key for hair growth. I know the oil used in the video works wonders on my eyelashes I have to try this whole routine. I'll probably blend peppermint oil as it's good for your scalp too.

My hair grows pretty fast. In May, my mom had to cut a part of my hair Because it had SO MANY KNOTS. I was in pain when she tried to comb it out. So I told her I wanted it to be cut and now it looks like nothing happened lol!

i think Jamaican castor oil works but the smell is revolting and every time i use it it makes me want to barf. ik that there's other types of Jamaican castor oil but idk if those work as good

Please help. My hair has always been my pride and joy. I figured since it is pretty damn healthy, it could deal with some bleach damage. And I figured the master stylist who did all the color-corrections would know how much would be too much. I was wrong, and now I want to burst into tears every time I look at my hair or touch it. I just don't know what to do. my hair has also NEVER been shorter than this and it breaks and falls out. What should i do to regrow hair?

I have type 3a in the back and 4b-4c in the middle and straight ish in the front so finding things that Work for my hair is kinda hard but this method worked really well on my hair I did this while I had my hair In cornrows for 8 days and when I took my cornrows out everyone kept saying my hair was much longer. This is great! I would love to do this but I have a qestion. If I start the inversion method on Monday, does that mean I have to wash my hair on Wednesday and Saturday?

ok i’m confused. I can do this process for seven consecutive days and then go three days without doing it and during those three days I can wash my hair and see the growth. now during those seven days can I rinse my hair or do I just wake up with the oil still in my hair and then do the oil again on top of the old oil from the last day or do I go in the shower rinse out the old oil from the last day and apply new oil?

The sad thing about my damaged hair is that I'm basically not allowed to fix it. My mother thinks she knows ALL about curly hair. She never wants to buy me African Shampoo's/Conditioners, never wants to give me a trim, and ALWAYS wants me to shampoo my hair. My hair would probably be PRETTY curly by now if I were allowed to fix it and actually help it. Does anyone have any tips? :/

HI Sayria , I love your video! I just wanted to mention that I've come to understand the microwaving the oil really isnt the best option. I've heard that the microwave actually takes away the nutrients from the oils? Now maybe it might just be me but ever since I changed to just putting my oils in a bowl of hot water I've noticed a difference in the texture of the oil and how it feels in my hair. Not to say that microwaving isnt for everyone and maybe it's just mine lol but I just wanted to put it out there.

Guys! I have tips for 4c hair. Today I twisted my hair but before doing so, I added water, detangling coconut oil products, then shea moisture & coconut oil . it works amazingly. I can feel a tingle in my hair! and by the help of our father & jesus

I applied castor oil for 1 month and I was loosing so much hair afterwards... I didn't even notice it till I straightened my hair on day and realized that my hair got really thin... No I have recovered from the hair loss... But still I have really thin hair.. Is there any other way to thicken my hair😐
