ANC is really using their airtime for political agenda. It should not be discussing the estate tax matter as it is already in the court of law and under litigation. BIR has been mandated to execute the ruling by SC but is not bent on doing it since there are not much evidence to fully account the properties for estate tax calculation. Majority of the properties are under sequestration and cannot be levied against the govt. ANC is just dragging the issue for political agenda against BBM.
