We do the same to our burgers but we do it when we grill out. We mix Sweet Baby Rays with worchestire sauce and garlic powder and brush that on. Delicious!!!

That is a nice little spot -we just went there earlier this week and also walked the quiet walkway there.
It was so nice we had never been before this day
Parking is not an issue at this less popular Picnic Spot -- except that it cost $5 -- but really don't pay if this is all you are doing in the Park -- almost guaranteed not to see a Ranger -- like at popular places in TN - Not that you will see Rangers elsewhere either outside a posh building or moving vehicle (those are rare sightings). -- Thanks Family for sharing the JOY in your JOurneY.
