How long does it take you guys to get out past Christian island from Penetang?
About 50 minutes doing 30mph
Nice
Thank you
How deep do you think they are in august
Would really depend on the water body fished. But I would say deeper 40-60fow.
I would say 40-60 fow. But really depends on the body of water too.
like the boat. What is the brand?
Its a Hewescraft. Made in British Columbia. I love it!. This is the 200 Pro V with Hard Top and extended Transom.
We're you guys anywhere near honey harbour ?
Relatively yes about 20 minutes away. We launch out of penetang.
@@FoxFishing4K very cool. Well keep it up man..great content. Gotta get those sub numbers up.
@@Zoivod trying my friend :)
weren’t lying about the huge cheeks bud
Right the head was huge!!
regardless of numbers the population of big fish is so critical for sustaining the fishery ,personally id never recommend anyone to target walleyes deeper then 30 feet . even tho it may be legal an with in regulations to keep big fish anything over 26 27 inches has a really good chance of growing into 30 plus inch trophies . the next time those fish are caught it will likely be the fish of a lifetime for the person catching it. those fish are old im not killing 20 year old fish to eat dinner or hang em on the wall . the lakes that produce big averages people say well u dont catch them much smaller then 20 inch id say fish another lake that has smaller average size. people act like a fishery is thriving an will some how sustain itself an possession limits help manage over harvest there for somehow people think its impossible to fish out a lake let me remind u we have fished out the ocean
Brent you are 100% correct my friend!! Well said. This fish would have gone back too if it's stomach didn't blow up. Darn thing was swimming with the salmon!
@@FoxFishing4K Oh Respect! heck I was thinking you where targeting them that deep intentionally my apologies, in that case not a bad side catch you can’t control what bites i got one on a jet diver 30 foot down trolling for lakers 28 inches long an from bringing her up to fast from 30 feet she would dive down a few feet an float back to the surface we tried all day to release her An when we pulled the boat out she was still swimming strong in the well but belly up. What make of boat are you running?
