Not a fan of this AI voice. The Asian guy should have remained as the narrator, that gave the channel an identity and made it instantly recognizable; the other AI voice is just too generic. That being said tho, this was a good teardown, I always expected this battery pack to be quite complex but I didn’t expect to see three cells.

@alidollar1994 The cells are rated for 3.87v nominal (4.45v max) at 3969mAh. Considering the pack is rated for 3166mAh at 12.65v (4.225v per cell), it would seem that Apple or the pack manufacturer opted to not fully charge the cells. That may be a safety thing or perhaps for better longevity, who knows, but that is why the pack is rated lower than the individual cells.
You are right! It's for longevity. Since the battery is likely to be recharged more frequently than other devices like smartphones and laptops due to their short battery life, they don't let them reach 100% during charge in order to preserve battery health. @@subsgob00m
Looks like it. This is getting ridiculous. I have seen youtube adding warnings about AI content in the description but I want full screen warning when there is AI content in the video. Just do the normal voiceover man, nobody cares about the accent. I would say it adds more value.
