I can think of 10 better male singers off the top of my head. Some of his other songs were really impressive but this one just kind of fell flat.

2:08 As a former singer, I know how hard it is to sing well if you're genuinely crying - the crying mucks up your breathing and control. It's full-on professionalism and technique here how BJC works through the crying, still gets his pitch, placement and phrasing right, and then just focusses on powering the song out as he needs to.
