I started playing almost 5 years ago, I was interested in Kiana's JP VA. She's my favorite. Then there's Himeko, my true love, but d"mn, Hoyo erases her.
After that, I continue with Kiana, seeing her growing up, crying, running from her problem, facing them, and the overcoming those is my greatest joy

I don't see people talking about this line. I feel it's a reference to Meteoric Salvation. To everyone on the ground, Kiana looked like a star shooting into the heavens to save everyone in the city. So even though it was just a brief moment, it touched the hearts of everyone watching.

tbh, that line is definetly describe kiana in 1 line. among of protagonist, kiana is the most popular one and we know just by looking her and think "ah she is the mood maker among them" and she is the one type of friend that always lend a help for everyone if they need like "no problem i got you back bro", a friend that bring peace(warm) to everyone heart

From the day i knew she was gone, i kept clinging to a glimpse of hope that she may be still alive. I kept playing hoping that she would make a great comeback to the story. Felt like the nail is in the coffin with this song...

Such a good song for Kiana and the ending of Phase 2. Hoyo-Mix is underappreciated, the songs are godlike, bringing emotion out of even the least emotional people, such as myself. Then there's the symbolism of the lyrics and the hopeful instrumentals. Damn, I love this so much.

That took some time, but still, this is such a good song, it hits hard, like 'real' hard, especially as someone who's been playing for more than 2 years. Still can't get over how our tuna has grown up by a "lot" ever since the start of the game /;w;/

It's been months now, and i still can't watch this video without crying...*sigh*
i discovered mihoyo thanks to genshin impact and when i realised they had released another game before that one i kinda felt bad.... so i'd like to know if honkai impact already ended and if it did, is it still worth playing? ik it probably is since it's mihoyo but i'd like some advice from the players
Edit: so everyone has been encouraging me to play honkai impact and i did try it, BUT.... but im the kind of person who has strict parents so i knew they wouldnt let me install another game on my laptop, so i installed it on my phone and honeslty im not a good mobile player..... and on top of that even if they let me install it on my laptop i wouldnt have the time to play both genshin and honkai at the same time bc, well, im not even allowed to play every day and when i do its just 1 hour.. ha.. haha..... so... i uninstalled it 😩 but i hope i can go back to it someday :)
Honkai Impact 3rd main story is still on going. Estimated to last 3 more years at least. If you love Mihoyo's work, please please please give it a try. It's not an open world game but it has great story, great animation, great world building, great music (i mean, you're listening to this song, you know), overall environment is f2p friendly and small dolphin friendly, no need to whale since most characters are farmable. I'm sure it will worth your time.
Honkai is at its golden time. It grown and it just keeps on evolving from patch to patch Mihoyo trying to bring some new exviting mechanics or animations and the story if the game is one of the Best of games so far. Even rivals Witcher 3.. I reccomend checking it out because its really friendly to new players and now we have genshin collab that gives a lot of free pulls to new players. Take note its not simple game like Genshin and it has high learning curve in late game but before you reach it it will take a while. It has late game unlike genshin
Its much more fast paced, both in combat and general gameplay ( you can easily do dailies in 10 minutes. Or more,if there's some event/weekly raid or whatever. You can still fit in 30 minutes). Gacha is more forward ( char OR weapon). The only thing is that Honkai focuses more on how it looks, compared to somewhat strategic Genshin. The difference is barely there,though.
TL : DR - Come-play-go away-return fast paced slasher , ehich can easily fit into any schedule and skill level ( minimum is being able to press buttons in order)
The story so good you gotta play it shit starts getting real in chapter 4 and it just gets better from that point on

Aside the heartache I feel, I also find it hilarious how Kiana's transformation into a living nuke also tied her hair into a pontail.

And Himeko disappears right at that moment... It always makes me cry no matter the mood. And it's the first miHoYo song ever to make me cry TWICE. Am I loving Himeko, is she my favorite character? No. But the emotional bonds that miHoYo managed to develop petween the players and Kiana's teacher are so strong that we will always miss this character, this is insane. Doing something like this is a great talent which I always appreciated in miHoYo as I understand what they use to achieve such results. I can't even describe how close to heart this song is, it's just such a motivating one to keep going... I can't say anything but "Thank you, miHoYo, for making my life brighter".
