Beautiful stool but I would have let that beautiful wood shine through. Especially because of its age. I’m old & old school. The paint color is pretty but the wood is just beautiful 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ok this may be the best antique stool I've ever seen 🥰 and you made it gorgeous again. And ues SO satisfying to watch that stain come off with the Drexel, wish I had thought of that when I used to work on furniture, ugggh. Hahahaha using the leaf blower, genius !!! 😅❤

Chef’s kiss! Gorgeous!! I love the personal history of the piece too. Question: since you painted it instead of re-staining, was it necessary to sand it down as completely? What are your tips for when that’s necessary or not?
