I thought the Top 5 was going to be Thailand, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico and Colombia (I like the winner, I just wasn't expecting her to make it that far). I think that the judges just didn't score Peru accordingly and I don't think her English level had something to do with the final result, because she could have used an interpreter for the Top 5 Q&A. In my opinion, her overall performance was perfect. It is almost disrespectful haha, her country should be really proud. Greetings from the Dominican Republic.
