Keith what does it mean that the x-431 is not supported in the US?
X431 is US supported, but this is a china market tool, so no Launch Tech USA support. Basically if you call the US Launch toll free number for support, they will tell you to call the distributor. The only authorized distributor of this tool is Kingbolen at this time. They provide the support.

In a situation where only 1 key is stored in the memory and it says you need 2 keys that are programmed to register more keys... do you just continue with the X431 or use your laptop?
How we can do with if the car is smart key (push start) via x431 V8 version.

With a VSP LSID through NASTF as a locksmith, or if you are the vehicle owner the dealer will give it to you if you show up in person with ID and registration.
This scaner give the option to change ecm in Chrysler and honda?

Question, if an Altima already has a key, but you want to add another key, does the new key have to be a blank OEM? Or can another key from another Altima be programmed?
Some used ones yes, some no, the key manufacterer has to be the same as the original as there were 4 suppliers of kwys and they look identical, then some 20 digit PIN code cars, 2013 and up, would "brick" a key if it was reused. Very finiky stuff, i would just stick with OEM new.

How do I get PATS(IMMO) incode for to gain security access for key coding on launch x431 v+?
Get a LSID, then purchase the code from the manufacturer
@@L1Training So out of the box the X-431 V+ can't programm any IMMO's?

hi from zimbabwe .i am using that tool .i have used it on mahindra scorpio pik up.it works perfect .it cant do immobilizer only.i was advised by a guy from india that tata maruti and mandindra can only be done immobilizer by OBDSTAR T300.Diagun iv its great machine just follow what it says
