I have this M17 and the Glock 17 Gen 4 , the Glock 19X, and the non blowback black Glock 19. Of them all, the Sig is most accurate, but sports the SigAir red dot sight. The Gen 4 is not far behind though. The non blowback 19 naturally hits the hardest,
Pretty accurate too. The 19X is my favorite of the bunch however. Just a pleasure to hold and shoot, be it not exactly a bullseye buster. I prefer the Sig loading system best of all.

I love my Glock 19. Simple, no frills. But what it does, it does very well!

Another really good video, thanks bay. I've found my gen 5 to be a great shooter, but like you say, silicone oil is a must.

Thanks mate. I really love mine but I’ve heard lots of unhappy people talking about their experiences.

I have both, I’ve had nothing but jamming problems with the sig I
And I have sent it back once and it a dud. it’s a good shooter when I’m not trying to get a pellet jam out. But the glock has never failed, it’s not as accurate as the sig, but the sig jamming every few shots is very frustrating

My Gen 5 slide release catches no problem. The problem I'm having is the mag that came with the pistol is the same issue you had., misfiring is commonplace. Thankfully I bought a second and that one works fine. QC isn't perfect, but it's all give/take.

Interesting. I wonder what the deal is with my slide catch then.

I bought the M17 a while ago and I done some improvements. Check Jerry Irwin youtube. It made a great improvement concerning the slide rattle and also accuracy. The barrel on the sig is made to be able to dismount which have it's pros & cons. But easily fixed following Jerry's advice. The same goes for the barrel bushing he has made. All in all a very nice gun. I can say that as a former user of the Glock 17, 9mm which I used as a army officer back in the days😅

Ah thanks for the tip, it may have been one of Jerry's vids i was thinking about regarding tightening things up on the M17. So would you say you prefer the the 9mm M17 to the 9mm Glock 17? Do you have an equivalent Glock in 45mm or .177?

That's an accurate description. I have the m17 co2 pellet and it's exactly like your pulling the trigger mechanism through a bag of gravel. Very rough. Not hard to pull but you can definitely feel the rotary mag turning.

The mechanism that rotates the magazine belt has broken after 200 shots on my one 😐
