Right now finding the very best stocks right now to generate massive gains is no easy feat.
The stock market isn’t as profitable as I expected, I tried trading stocks and lost a lot of money. I’m a bit leery about investing.

Just started learning about stocks.. This is by far the best I've seen. Others are too focused on bragging how good they are, how much they earn without really being informative. Glad I saw this and I do not want to make mistakes by taking risks in my own hands
Most newbies fail simply because they don't understand how the market works in general or in particular how the market relates to stock or currency pair they entering
finally someone that can actually teach you something instead of trying to get views and subscribers
Truth be told, I have my portfolio managed by an investment broker, with her help i was able to make huge profits from my investments.

I fell into this exact thing by accident....I bought my house because I liked the area and style of the house....it just happened to have a 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest house in the backyard. I thought, well maybe I'll make it into an art studio or something. Well a friend asked if they could rent it from me. I agreed, and several months in I realized, dang, this rental is paying my mortgage for me, I'm living here for free! 💡😍. Amazing epiphany! In 2008 a million foreclosures were everywhere! 💡💡💡💡 Thought, let's keep doing this...bought several homes, all rented with huge cash flows, all have paid for themselves at this point, have 5 homes now and all but one are now paid in full! So grateful I mistakenly fell into this thing...close to being able to quit my 40 hour week job...plan on traveling abroad since this income follows me where ever I go!

Just stick with rental properties, and if you're smart, low cost homes that cost significantly less in working class neighborhoods - not many people teach this, I am one of them, but that's the way the average investor can get started.
Yep good advice. Sub 300k multifamily properties are all I buy. I'm also not interested in flipping houses personally.

In the last week I have listened to so many BP podcast it’s crazy and just listening has given me the courage to finally start putting myself out there. Now I’m looking at deals and evaluating and will be trying to find funding on first property by end of month. Making first offer has been so scary but also exhilarating at the same time.
