Parrot Eating Palm Tree Seeds

In Singapore you can find beautiful birds in urban parks. If you like to watch and photograph Parrots, you should go to BISHAN PARK. This park has many species of birds. Herons are plentiful and so is parrots.
You can find a few species of parrots like the (1) Red-breasted Parakeet and (2) Rose-ringed Parakeet there. These 2 species make their appearance regularly. They usually feed on the abundant Palm tree seeds near the Lotus Pond. Go early in the morning or late afternoon to locate them.
Here’s the video of the flock of Red-breasted Parakeets I took during one of my trips to the Park. On that day, a flock of them were feeding at the palm trees. There were the “Red-breasted Parakeet”species. They were many of them busy picking on ripen seeds on a palm tree. They are so colourful and beautiful. Looking closely, I notice that this parrot species has somewhat 7 different COLOURS.
