It took me 4yrs isolating and to fully healed I do avoid to give narcissistic people weather my family or other people any energy or attention I put all attention to myself so I can grow very fast life is too short to focus toxic people there are time wester.

@@bobsbobbin I went through something similar, and literally had no one to talk to...not even other guys. I was told that Im a b@*&h for not tolerating the cheating. I still feel isolated. Being completely alone is the worst feeling ever, and I would NEVER let someone go through that if I was aware of it. Hope you got some healing. I wasnt even worthy of a proper closure. Good luck!!
