I have ADHD and this was a focus life saver for me. I get caught up in feed aesthetic because I obsess over what it is going to look in my head rather than the value in the content. I never thought to create the post and align them in Illustrator then focus on value after when scheduling 🤯 thankkk youuuuuuu

I use this same method in Canva created a simple template and drag and drop to have a full outlook. Love this ! I schedule the value and content in batches of 3 to keep a color scheme in that sense. But the struggle is real. Planning helps for sure. Thanks for this . I love the video.

I use Adobe and I have a specific color palette and design structure to all posts I usually alternate between 2 posts and a reel. But ideas take time but I sometimes research trending topics in the un field to talk about.

I just left my job a few months ago to start my own design business (FINALLY!). My question is: when you first post, do you post once a day or maybe 9 posts in one day so your Instagram looks like it has substance? I literally am not sure how to do this part - the BEGINNING!!! Thank you!

Apparently instagram likes shorter captions than longer captions so i guess righ to the point with keywords naturally throughout captions is the best way to go but thats all i know 😅 what do you think Abi?

Create an artboard for each post and export them all as jpegs, and select 'use artboards'

How do you export posts in illustrator for instagram without loosing quality? It seems like my designs are being compressed horribly.
use always RGB colors mode, and 300 in resolution
