She was the 1st to record it and I like her take better than Baby Fuzz's, the writer's.
Had Angelina been allowed to record this song, it would have made her the youngest Grammy winner on record at the age of 10/11. The youngest is Billie Eilish at age 13.
This song, on her Debut album coming out this year, 2022, would insure her album sales would go thru the roof. Her name would be on every one's lips. Her beauty exposed to the world. It would be amazing. It would be wonderful.

Sabina, when Angelina is officially marketed I believe, if she can, make a recording of this song and, if so, it will become a gigantic hit, globally! It's not her song but she made it hers and, btw, she was 10 years old when she recorded this.

You never know where she’s going, but her musicality is infallible as she gives us her unique takes. This song is a favorite of hard-core Angelina fans. Not only are the vocals impeccable and haunting, but this is an 11 year old girl who effortlessly leads us through a very dark and adult theme. This is a song from Baby fuzz. I believe she was the first to record it (even before Baby Fuzz). For some strange and not fully known reason it was never officially release. She was 10 when she recorded this song which is just hard-to-fathom. It is one of most surprising cover and probably one of her best produced performance.

Ignoring age, this is just incredible! You said that, and I totally agree.
11 years old!!!!! This time frame of 10-12 were kind of a culmination of the training and practice to this point. After this she started to me what seemed a new time of experimentation. Investigating how to use new vocal sounds and other vocal techniques to increase her stylistic choices of how to sing songs old and new. A lot of songs that get recommended come from that period because they are stunningly beautiful. There have been many others since that period that show new growth and development. But that period stands out for me, as I'm sure other periods will be after this one between 10-12. This is my personal opinion so the only 'proof' I have are my ears and heart.

Sabina, thank you so much for sharing your thoughtful comments about this video. Angelina is one of the best people I have followed from a great distance. To have fooled us, she would have to prove the wonderful things she has done are not true. She gave her winnings from NGT to charities. She has performed in many concerts in Norway and throughout the world, mostly to raise money for poor children and to benefit our fragile environment. She could easily have taken the fame and wealth path of most of her predecessors (not to demean them!). But she and her family have made clear choices not to put those kind of plans ahead of kindness and generosity. Yes, she is a massively talented artist, but also a great sister, daughter, granddaughter and her sweetness has brought us to tears numerous times.

Very insightful comments. If a vocal coach were to painstakingly document all the vocal nuances, choices, voicings, embellishments, etc. which Angelina employs here the list would be (as usual) quite long. But her skill is that all of that complexity doesn't cause confusion or busyness, but is folded together and yields a single flavor of emotion, of story-telling, of attitude, of something that (as you said) grips us and won't let go. She can simply take a song (I believe this was a demo version of someone's song which was released inappropriately somehow) and do with it things that others can't do (or even think of). Spectacular!!

The song I'm Still Holding Out For You is about committing suicide which AJ's parents felt correctly was not an appropriate theme for AJ, that is why it was banned. It was sung beautifully by AJ but I don't think will ever be released even though it would be an instant hit as is.
There are still some "clouds" surrounding this song. But shall we say that had it been released it would have been a huge hit?

As you have probably read, this was a demo for the song officially released by Baby Fuzz aka Sterling Fox aka Brandon Lowry. In my opinion, this is one of the best songs Angelina has ever sang, and the most amazing fact is, she was still a week away from her 11th birthday. You said it perfectly in your review after the video, and I am always amazed how a child this young, sing a song like this with such feeling and emotion. It is a complete mystery to me. This video has been on and off of CZcams several times. Baby Fuzz finally said he heard it and loved it, and didn't mind that it was posted, and it has been here since. It was posted a month before the "official" video by Baby Fuzz, and has nearly 289k views and 5k likes compared to Baby Fuzz's video which has only 22k views and only 667 likes. This performance was never officially released but was 'leaked' and posted on CZcams, taken down and then posted again on CZcams sometime later. We angels patiently wait for Angelina and her family to feel they are ready for Republic Records to promote her. For me, Angelina is the greatest singer story teller of my 62 years.

Hi Sabina. Good to see you reacting to Angelina again. There's a ton of misinformation out there about this Remarkable performance, which I still think is one of her best. I'll give you what I believe is true. She is 10 yo here (almost 11). This is a demo created by Angelina and several of the people who were in on the writing of this song. It was released shortly after the demo was made and immediately removed because of copyright issues, not because of the lyrics. The composer of the song, Brandon Lowry (aka Baby Fuzz), has the copyright and therefore he is the only one with the right to release the song first. Some have said Angelina's release was removed because of the lyrics at the end, but there's no evidence to substantiate that. Actually, Brandon was not aware that Angelina had made a demo of the song. He had shopped the song around, but eventually decided that he wanted to release the song himself. His version was released about a month after Angelina's was "Leaked" in November, 2018 (when she was 12). He didn't learn about the leaked video till after his was released, and easily could have removed it. But he liked it a lot, and decided to leave it up. The original was written by BabyFuzz in 2016 and nobody picked it up, but somebody on his team sent this to Angelina and she did a demo just before her 11th birthday. Her mum didn’t like the suggestion of suicide, so no official recording. But somebody sat on the demo, and when Angelina did “Shield” at 12, the rumour is that that somebody went ahead and published it. It got taken down, but this being the internet, other people put it up again, rinse - repeat. BabyFuzz did his own version (dire imho) but has allowed Angelina’s to stay. Which we are all very, very thankful for! A 10yo did this, - up there in my 3 favourites by her, atm lol

That's a great observation you've made. Angelina's ability to capture your attention and interest to get you totally invested in her performance is remarkable. I've seen all her videos many times and I never find myself distracted. I would travel a great distance to see this young woman in concert.

hi together ty for this hearthfull reaction to one if my all time favorate Songs by Angelina - in Times when we look around and see hate and Terror around the world rising for me it is so important to watch a child growing up infront of us Who is able to spread not only unbeliaveble music with her one in many billions voice but to spread also a unreal amount of love and care to mankind - dont get me wrong i andore her and feel like a proud grandfather seeing her impact on people but still know she is just one girl and no godess like some people wrote - by the way if you listen to her singing the same song at different Times you can here slightly different versions as if she sang it like the song needs to be done in this particular way right now - hers is a intuition most other singer Lacks she know exactly what the song needs in a fitting way she never overdo a song by showing what she can do - i am so anxious to see her in a concert hopefully soon and if possible in Europe....

actually this is an original by angelina because she was the first to sing it as a demo, but after they didn't publish it, baby fuzz was covered by angelina and published but in its version a flop, i think angelina's version was through the ceiling gone and that at the age of 10

I'm still holding out for you song written by Brandon Lowry, "also goes by Baby Fuzz," Ronny Janssen and Frida Amundsen went to 10-year-old Angelina with it and Angelina made this audio demo cut but rumor is Angelina's mother didn't like the ending lyrics referencing suicide and the demo cut was not released. Later the demo was pirated from Angelina pictures were added and put online at the same time the song was released by Baby Fuzz caused some confusion but rumor has it that all parties agreed to leave Angelina's pirated cut on U-tube. Baby fuzz did this during a music workshop back in 2016 in Norway. (No one was interested at the time) then Angie did the demo for it in late 2016 & it was leaked 2 years later around Nov 2018. He wont change the lyrics to the song or let others do so. He released it as an original in Dec 2018. This song is one of my favorite performances.
There is a video Angelina did of Here Comes The Sun. There are two versions, but in one she is just in what looks like a home studio, not a stage. The stage shows only a few clips from the video.
The video is amazing in its artistry. There are children’s voice that join in various rhythms, it is hard to explain but as yet I have never seen anyone react to it. I think your reaction would be like cream to a cat.
