Used this three weeks ago when I had to call a customer to ask him to pay his outstanding bill, and he instantly (I mean INSTANTLY) began swearing at me because my phone call had woken him up. He started claiming he was a "platinum customer" (doesn't exist) and that he had a credit account (he had used the entire balance). I asked him if he'd like to speak with a manager, and when he refused I got his payment information, and said "Excellent, thank you. Please hold." And left him on the line stewing for fifteen minutes. You can make customer service fun, kids. It's a game of sarcasm rage chicken.

That title though, not really sure if you understand what the word yelling means. Also the title implies that she is yelling please hold for 5 minutes, or at least it would if you spelt minutes right, a minuet is a type of dance, but it's not even a 5 min clip and I think she said it maybe like 5 times? So maybe you meant 5 times and not "minuets".

'dripping basement' made that the scariest one
