Today we are checking out Herons Restaurant at Umstead Hotel and Spa for our wedding anniversary celebration. Steven Devereaux Greene is the executive chef at the Cary, N.C. restaurant. It is one of the best restaurants we have ever dined at. we highly recommend it! Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was incredible. We had a 4 course dinner. This restaurant is located inside of Umstead Hotel in Cary, NC. The Umstead Hotel and Spa in Cary is the area’s only 5-star hotel. Discover the Luxury of the Umstead Hotel in Cary, North Carolina. This luxury hotel with a lake on 18 acres of woods, an art gallery and one of the few properties to win both five stars from Forbes and five diamonds from AAA for their restaurant, Herons.
