Apparently, there must be a lot of "fake people" when you doubt my claim to have been the "Co-Producer". Peer Vincent is my Alias Name.
You can ask Micha who's been the Co-Producer of his album made in 1999
In 1995 Feb. Micha asked me how to program the 303 and I showed him how to proceed as there was no internet in these days. We found out that there could be a chance for a cooperation, I brought my gear to the old basement where he had his studio and then we started jamming. Everything was connected to MIDI, the 303s were synced over Doepfer Sync Boxes and tweaked "life". All in common after 7 tries we finished up recording everything on DAT. The Main Lead sound was my first synth, the Roland Juno-1. Drums came from the Akai S3000 which was fed by a bunch of diskettes, Mixing desk's been a Mackie 32-8, and Cubase on an Atari 1040ST.
Yes, I was the sound of those days, but no comparison to today's Mixing/Mixdown Styles. I frankly never been convinced by these tracks but we couldn't do better then...
@@peervincent7845 So for these tracks you used a TB303 and a Juno 1 (early gabber style :)). Did you use others synths ?
@@guillaumekerfers5372 Hi Guillaume, we used 2x MIDI synced TB303s and my Roland alpha Juno1 - yes. Besides that we used a Korg T3 Workstation, a Roland JD800, a Waldorf Microwave, an Oberheim Matrix and an Akai S3000.

This music stirs hidden memories for me. When I was a younger man, I gained admittance to 'Megatripolis', based at the 'Heaven' nightclub in London, under the arches at Embankment. 'Megatripolis' occurred on Thursday nights, and was a hot-bed of acid house and hard trance. From 10pm until 5am the next morning, hundreds of us would lose ourselves. A cliché to say such a thing, I know, but it is true. Our blood would be up, in a good way, and we would leave the club at dawn with ears ringing and serotonin pumping. I imagine there are few experiences today that could match those I witnessed; to say that my experiences on those nights opened my mind is an understatement.

Absolutely 💯 loving this mix already; the nostalgia, sitting downstairs in my mum’s house after she’d passed getting stoned while my two best friends were upstairs smoking my inheritance on the foil -if you catch my drift-I wanted my head wide open, I wanted to feel the pain as much as I possibly could and I wanted as little of that golden brown s**t as possible; and this kind of music was what got me through those dark times ✖️ more than any drug!!

Okay 👌 about 15 minutes to go and those high octaves are beginning to lift the heart 💜 chakras while the 303 loops and the bass line are keeping me level and grounded at the same time.
I can tell no rushing has been involved in the process of this mix it is pure, raw emotion and the want to share in what the DJ was experiencing when they decided to create this piece.

For all the Producers out there: One of the Main Secrets of the Classic Way is real Analog Gear. Today often Tracks sound steryl and you can hear that they try to make it sound alive with Plug Ins fail desperately. Here some Tips: 1.Use a Analog Summer and produce over that from the first Track. This Thing gives you the right Dimension to work in and will form your Sound as Alive because of its uncalculability and as well the little musical and wanted flaws who helps your Plug ins becominh alive.. Second: Use outboard gear and re-record Tracks. Use Hi, Band and Lo Pass Filter Analog. Use Pre Amps, Tube Pre Amps to give your Tracks Warmth. This all will also help you to find a deeper and more intimate Relationship with Sound in General. Furthermore you can buy a Analog Mixing Desk but be careful with Quality, some sound like Crap! 3. Get the Hell out of your fckin Chair!!! Stand, walk around, Dance. Therefore its good to have some Gear and Synths standing around in the Studio. You will produce different. Staring into a Screen makes you stiff and there is Danger for inner Boredom and Emptiness. Back in the Days they "had" to walk around. You "want" to. Check the Studio of Deadmau5. 4. Pray fot divine Inspiration!!! Love and Peace!!! Last but not least! Dont just Copy, find "your" Way!!!
