30:21 I absoutley do not want power, theres been a lot of folk in my family on power trips. My Dads Descendents were Vikings who settled in the Ockney islands of Scotland & was a Prince from Denmark. I wake up with very bad hand nerve pain, and I guess this is the pain from the light you're talking about??!! It's been the last couple months...it's difficult to deal with...luckily the last couple of days haven't been as bad. Has anyone else dealt with this kind of pain??
Nerve pain should be looked at, just in case it's something that a nerve stimulator would solve. Although if left untreated for too long, the stimulator would no longer be a solution. I think you should take care of this for your own peace of mind. Peace be with you.

Since she's an adult now, it's perfectly ok to give yourself permission to focus completely on yourself and your own realization process. Self Love, and self care isn't selfish. Trust that you've been her mother while she needed you to be. A 26 year old, with ADD can manage. Focus on yourself no matter how difficult it sounds. Focusing on anything else, especially someone who's been an adult for nearly a decade now.. Is a way to distract you from your own journey. She'll reach her own realization in and at her own pace. Peace be with you. Look at yourself and how valuable you are, as just yourself! Housecleaning isn't for the weak of heart. Letting go of everything that doesn't serve your highest good is challenging, rewarding and transformative!! Peace be with you.
This, in my own opinion of course! I'm certainly no guru or anything. I felt to give you my input and not anything else.. helping yourself would be the best way to help her. :-) trust your own intuition of course!

With all due respect, what makes this journey so difficult is that there are many illumination channellers and yogi, who are all giving a different interpretation about what we humans are experiencing during this transformation/transmutation period. So Adamus is presenting the (additional incoming) light as feeding (more) imagination in the mind creating reality. Others explain, that the additional light represents information going to the cells of our body to replace "old programming" and that we have to make space for this new information by working off old programming. And there are many other explanations referring to dark forces that are not within us, but eliminated outside of us.
To be honest: it all creates more confusion than clarity. I do my resonation work, but "hey, come on guys and girls". Get your act together. You are not helping me this way.
My question: why can't you all listen to each other and agree on a clear and unified/concerted explanation to guide us to alignment and ascension in a "clear" and "pure" way? We are already bombarded enough by the misinformation of the MSM. My nervous system has been shaken enough by the MSM during the last 25 years. Don't make it worse with your own differences of opinion. Unite yourselves in words and meaning, because you serve the same Truth! Thanks.
Totally agree. Their contradictory messages making things only worse. Plus, confusion is coming not only from different sources, but from within the same source - look how many contradictions and opposing statements are in CC materials... :( If you, ascended guys out there, are truly the pinnacle of spiritual evolution, I expected that delivering a clear unified message of help to humanity shouldn't be an issue...
