Is anyone gonna ignore the fact that Shadow is able to use Chaos Control without any chaos emerald?

Maybe it was in his "inventory". In when they have all 7 Chaos Emeralds you don't know it until they use them. Sonic Unleashed's opening cutscene shows that.

Why these guys out of all people? Zavok hates him, Metal betrayed him, Chaos doesn't listen to anybody, and Shadow's tired of him manipulating him.

@@MariaLopez-ti4oo Apparently the game itself forgot what shadow said. The Phantom Ruby's powers are so poorly explained and incorrectly used: "It can create virtual reality projections. They have mass and form, but no heart or soul" yet Zavok has his same personality than in Lost World. "Their powes are as formidable as the originals" yet random Resistance recruits can stand up against the likes of Zavok, Metal, Chaos and Shadow in the final battle, even with the Phantom Ruby fully charged

The reason why is because they are sonics biggest rivals
@@yaboijazzman I like to think Infinite can voice control the copies to deceive the characters. Since by my memory, only Zavok talked. Or maybe they was more phantom ruby power in that one, since some copies get destroyed in one hit while others can withstand many hits.

i know (i’m year late but) tails has done countless things without sonics help hell idk if it’s canon but he beat egg mans robot (sonic 2) he beat eggman and got the master emerald back (sonic 3) i feel like retro 8 bit tails is more brave and tactical than new modern tails smh

@@gavinnolan3931 Tails scared... I can justify it. Your best friend is dead. He's killed in front of you, the world is destroyed and conquered, you're lost in the city trying to fix omega and BOOM! One of the guys who "killed" the sonic spaun on his way. Do you remember that scene... your friend being beaten by the strongest villains in history (except zarvok). Chaos defeats Sonic so you think "I don't have a chance with this guy" and afraid of dying you scream for your friend...
@@rickestrick723 i kinda disagree with this, bc classic sonic helps tails as well (sonic 2 ofc) tails did some scary things on his own and overcame that unless classic sonic and tails just run through stages with no emotions. i also thought tails invented the spin dash, and could spin jump like sonic could. but i guess your right about being scared but wouldn’t that have made the younger him scared as well??

Regardless of all the hate, it's an interesting concept, seeing Eggman finally succeed.
Didn't really feel like it though. You could play Sonic heroes and pretend he already took over in that game. This game only shows a few cutscenes and the way Sonic gets caught and defeated is just....stupid and cringe. You could even say Eggman won in SA2 after blowing up the moon and he has taken over somewhat. I tried randomly skipping to different parts of this video and it was mostly text cutscenes. Only got 1 classic Sonic stage (WHY THE FUCK HE HE EVEN IN HERE) and 9 cutscene text. This isn't even a game. It's a cringy CZcams video.

8:05 Most of the time, I used the lightning wispon, especially when getting so many rings in Arsenal Pyramid. That just gives “ride the lightning” a whole new meaning. But I used the burst wispon on the second phase of the final boss because it was super effective.
4 years ago, I beat this game on my old Xbox One in 2 days. Today, that record has been broken, with me beating this on my PC in less than 24 hours. The hardest level for me is Imperial Tower. Too much PTSD, and I thought Guardian Rock was the hardest for me. Imperial Tower really makes Guardian Rock look like a stroll down Las Olas.
I beat this game on my PS4 the day I bought it in just a few hours.
Had it on the switch beat the game in a hr 45 mins good game but it was indeed to short

Can't believe this was four years ago. I thought Sonic Forces wasn't so old. The game had so many issues..., several errors that made it a huge disappointment and a completely different product of what we've seen in trailers.

For my first 3D Sonic Game ever ,this was a blast ,getting used to controls and speeding way faster than in other sonic games ,it took me 5 hours to beat and it was worth it

You missed out growing up with the older games. This is by far the worst Sonic game I have ever played. Beat it in 3 hours and that includes the cutscenes. Sonic went downhill starting with Sonic colors. I remember when sonic games were 7+ hours with cool cutscenes. This game has trash.

It's such a shame.
This game had some cool ideas like having a new, customizable player character, gunplay, and the idea of Eggman winning.
It's just all... not executed so well.

Sonic Forces helped me into the 3D Sonic games. I have Forces on my Nintendo Switch and I have beaten it like a thousand times. I have a PC and I'm so excited to get Sonic Lost World and Sonic Generations. Sonic Colors Ultimate on Switch seems super buggy, I think I'll wait for some updates.
Generations will be your best actual sonic experience, lost world and forces are god awful as far as sonic games go

It’s so hard to come back to this game for fun. I’m always go back to Adventure 1&2 and Generations since those levels are fun, exhilarating, and stimulating. But with forces, many of the levels require several button presses to get through, so it just gets so boring.
