Kier's biggest mistake was jumping back out of the lava at the last death. If he stayed, everything he had would've burned, so that dev would've had to go search flint and iron, giving Kier another chance.
Or that he had gone in the lava twice
his biggest mistake was not playing with sound on
There still was a chance the flint and still might not fall into lava and survive tho, items sometimes like to fly into the most random directions after the player's death
You can't really think straight in such a condition, things went by really fast and his instinct at that point was to try and get away and re-enact in combat, so obviously he'd try to get back a bit to re position, this didn't work as he fell straight into lava, his instincts then forced him out of the lava to hopefully survive, which didn't work
That was a pretty good play dev, I would have just raged if I died ngl , lol

@@Schoofsrl yea it was totally staged. Kier talks about checking the compass at the end but if he did, then why was he expecting Dev to show up from the complete opposite direction. At one point he zooms into a black part of the screen like âare you coming from there? Should I waitâ. I mean I love their content and all but Iâll always manage to ruin these videos for myself by deducting that they are fake. They are all fake. But itâs still entertaining enough that Iâll watch them every time they upload.

He needed the iron for a flint and steel
Gold Pickaxes break Obsidian faster than Iron Pickaxes. Durability difference was irrelevant.

Idea: Minecraft Border Race
That's basically 10k or more blocks race thing everyone has to go to the randomly selected cords (everyone can see each other with the glowing effect) everything is allowed (like nether, horses, killing the other people etc.) but a border will come after you (like a battle royale danger area) if you die to border you lose or your spawnpoint is in the border and you get killed you lose first one to reach the finish wins
Tip for the food issue- if you don't have enough Blackstone to make a furnace than you can make a soul campfire to cook

âąBlackstone is equivalent to stone. You can make stone tools with that.
âąPiglins trade iron nuggets. You can use the make iron in which to make iron tools.
âąRuined portals are essential.
âąPiglins also trade obsidian.That's if you need it.
âąBastions have a chance of giving netherite scraps or ingots.Could be useful
âąI really don't know anything else lol.
Striders give string
Warped Forest have high Enderman Spawn Rates
Piglins drop Fire Resistance
Ghast Fireballs Deflect in the direction of where your head is facing

i think he just panicked, when in lava you try to get out instead of thinking (i've lost a full set of enchanted diamond gear and an elytra before bc i tried to spam rockets instead of tanking the damage)
