    Sano=Small
    Prakash=Light
    Here in the song Sano Prakash might refer to a Small Beam of Light or Hope in simple terms. But what it actually is "the small light created by a burning cigarette which the singer seems to be smoking" as the writer/singer clearly mentions "swallowing of the small light and swalloring of black smoke of intoxication" in the lyrics(Sano Prakash piudaixu and Kaalo Nasha nildaixu).
    The band, Atomic Bush recorded the EP P Jam as a jamming session as you can clearly notice if you've listened to the whole EP as it was from the underground rock scene from Nepal. I guess this was the only song that was recorded properly, in the studio.
    The song was written by Bibhushan Basnet, who was just 16 or 17 at the time. It was released in 2004. It's possibly the first progressive rock song from any Nepalese artist except the song Ghatana by Nepathya which was also released in the same year. Thus making it difficult to decide which was the first.
    The song is about almost all the Nepalese, who has some past and is dwelling with it and there comes political and social scenarios of the country. The singer is representing them all and smoking while pondering about those things. He's hurt with whatever happened in the past and is frustrated about the future as the political scenarios of the country is unstable and the standards set by the society are imposed on him, which he begs to differ.
    Overall the song is very conceptual, well written and well composed. Up to this day, no song, specially no prog rock from Nepal come close to this masterpiece. And I don't think anyone will be able to make a song like this in the future. Sadly, the band is no more active and all the members have parted and started living their own life smoking their own cigarette, swallowing their own Sano Prakash, swallowing their own Kaalo Nasha. This is life and the song is about it.

    This song is the most underrated legendary progressive rock song from Nepal because the fact that almost all of the people from Nepal who listen to rock knows about this song AND people are still reacting to it after 2 decades of this being made. Also, the guitarist in this band does not only play guitar, he makes it as well lol...check out ST guitars.
