- Taylor Swift just revealed her biggest insecurity that no one knew about! In Taylor’s album Midnights, she told her fans about all of her deepest insecurities. Taylor said she struggled with how oversized her life had become and it sometimes didn’t feel like she was a real person. Taylor’s song “Anti Hero” revealed the most about herself, starting with her biggest fear. Taylor sang, “It’s me, hi, I’m the problem it’s me.” This revealed Taylor was her biggest critic and no one hated her more than herself. Taylor also talked about being insecure about her height. She sang, “I’m a monster on the hill, too big to hang out.” Taylor is 5 foot 11 inches tall, which is 7 inches taller than the average female. But Taylor’s last insecurity caused the most discussion. In the “Anti Hero” music video, Taylor stepped on a scale and the word “Fat” appeared. She said she received so much media criticism about her body that she developed a bad relationship with food. Taylor told her fans we all hate things about ourselves, but we have to come to terms with it.

When she sang ‘I’m a monster on the hill, too big to hang out’ I think she was also referring to how she couldn’t hang out with her friends as much due to her fame and career. But Taylor is an awesome singer with a sweet personality, still thriving after all those years. 💟
I think this is correct... in the song mean she sings, someday I’ll be big enough so you can’t hit me, and in antihero she sings, too big to hangout, meaning her fame gets in the way, not her height.

I think this is why Taylor's fans are so dedicated and why she draws such huge crowds at her live performances. We all have insecurities, but most of us aren't famous, seriously rich, incredibly talented, beautiful, and savvy enough to beat the bullies in her professional life and make them cry in thier beers (as they should). Critics are saying Taylor is not the best in the music industry, she IS the music industry! The line "Im a monster on the hill, too big to hang out" is about her height but ALSO about how shes too famous for her own good and that its hard to keep close friends and realtionships, for example one of the reasons joe and taylor broke up was because joe couldnt handle the fame and taylor has been betrayed by many of her so called friends🏹 "all of my enemies started out friends"

I hated that she had to edit out the moment where she steps on a scale in her music video. She was literally being so open about something she went through and then people criticized her for it. To be quite honest, it was quite refreshing to see a celebrity be THAT open in their art and I knew the minute I saw that part people were going to get their panties in a twist. Shoving sensitive topics like eating disorders under the rug doesn't promote healing. The first step to healing from an eating disorder is to recognize that you have a problem in the first place.
Heard that she took care of her drivers hauling her stage equipment with fat tips. To me, that’s class. Much respect given to her.
I hate that thr bopo community absolutely shamed and ridiculed her for opening up about her feels and self perceived image, and how even though she's what a lot of us call skinny, people still had the audacity to criticise her weight. You can be skinny and have a bad body image in your mind. I hate she chose to open up, as many girls think they're fat when they're not and the bopo community ripped into her and tore her down. She literally struggles with the same issues they do in accepting their bodies, but because she's not their size, she gets bullied. Really disheartening.

First of all, Taylor is gorgeous and amazing, but no matter how much people are told that, everyone has their insecurities. I do think that she is perfect, but everyone feels insecure at some point in their life. However, I agree that people shouldn't have to project their lives out for the world to see. I love how creative and imaginative her songs are, she is truly a lyrical genius. It is perfectly okay to feel insecure, but just know, everyone is beautiful and perfect.
