Not listed in the rules, do you get to keep your riders? For example, if I choose a team in round one (as you would a real team) a rider could perform and the value go up, or not and go down, that becomes the budget? Smart trades come into play. Or is it just reset each time?
every round you start from scratch with a new team. you could choose to pick the same ones if you want, however.
