These British police officers are too nice. They seem to think that just standing around and giving half-a**ed directions to someone like THIS particular woman will make her go away. It WON'T. She needs to be FIRMLY told that she is to go away and STAY away. When the officer spoke to her, she backed up and began to mock the officers to someone in the crowd. She needs to be escorted away and made to understand that she will be arrested if she comes back. You can't be nice to someone like her - she sees it as a weakness and thinks she's gotten over on you.

She constantly put her hand to the horses mouths (who knows what she has in her hands) grabbing other peoples children and pushing them to stroke the horse when the children are clearly terrified. She is not only rude but also disrespectful to the Police/Army officers (often mimicking them behind their backs) but then totally disregarding their authority…but they seem hesitant to arrest her for being a public nuisance. Who knows what her motives are (maybe to provide a distraction) or maybe she has a serious mental problem??? Either way, she is showing the visiting tourists how disrespectful you can be to our serving officers.
