She is really like the cute little sis… being strong but still looking up to the big sis. Love the sis so much but also will annoys her to have fun
Yelena is so adorable. Despite being a trained killer, she has a innocence and almost child like quality to her that Florence plays to perfection. Yelena never got to properly grow up because of being taken at such a young age so it makes sense.
Her and kate bishop in hawkeye is top tier comedy. They are both so casually chaotic and its great.
Couldn’t have said it better myself. Such a tragic and interesting character. A worthy heir to the Black Widow throne

1:13 -- Red Guardian's reaction was amazing. The facial expression when Yelena told him everyone who goes through the Red Room gets involuntary hysterectomies. He didn't know. He handed the two girls he'd been acting as a father to for years to their handlers, and he didn't know that was going to be done to them. This is Red Guardian's version of Captain America discovering that SHIELD had been infiltrated by Hydra: realizing how screwed up the people he'd been working for actually were, versus the ideals he thought he was upholding.
I like how she is like a kid in some ways because she was taken really young and never had a mind of her own until now. I think that’s what makes her so likable

Small minor detail: When Alexei pulls both of them in for a hug. Notice that Yelena, the one who actually wanted and enjoyed having a family, stays in the hug longer after Nat breaks away. It's only after she gets the Alexei bad breath that Yelena actually shakes free. XD
She literally said it, there was no “small minor detail” about it. The scene would’ve been a lot better if she said nothing, and allowed the audience to pick up on this connection, rather than telling you outright
I do absolutely love how Nat says “in English next time.” So she says it simpler but in Russian. Such a smart ass. And how proud she is of her Vest of Many Pockets.

Florence and the director came up about the scene. Cuz they felt angry about the male writer wrote the period joke but don’t want to delete it. They wanted to make sure the world to know it is not funny to tell that misogyny joke in a funny way. Which I love it.
That's cause it was improvised, they knew the period line was in script. So the female cast and crew decided to counter With some improv.
they gave yelena more interesting lines in these 4 minutes of run time than they gave nat in like. the last 4 movies.
I feel like they knew they have more to work with in regards to Florence's acting ability. Scarlett has the emotional acting range of a brick wall.

And ragnarok isn’t damn this movie is like one of the darkest marvel movies and one of the slowest paced marvel movies nothing about this movie was funny except for the scenes in this FOUR MINUTE VIDEO. Ragnarok was entirely comedy with light hearted one liners and bright colours it was perfectly paced. That being said I’m not saying this movie is worse than ragnarok they’re just different genres and this movie IS NOT a comedy, although I personally prefer ragnarok but that’s just an opinion

I laughed my ass off especially when she made fun of Nat pose that was one of the best scenes. I have already gotten so attached to her that she has to be protected at all costs. @@victorpradha9946 that’s more a tribute to Scarlett johanson though, she’s never been the type to take a lead in a role for this, though I don’t think yelana would be the best fit either, as her character will need to develop in terms of maturity in order for her character to be able to have standalone movies. She worked her because she wasn’t the main character, if she was the movie would be even more unspectacular
