I think that the scraped car models that we saw in a mod were meant for background buildings like the airport. We also had kronosaurus and minmi in Australia, and this is prolly going to be useless info if you already found out during the video. Also, you never needed combat to be on in the sequel for carnivores and piscivores to eat goats.
Ironically the Iguanodon, according to Red Raptor Writes, Iguanodon is no longer British

At around 20:50 you mention the earthquake effect the game has when putting down decorations; you can turn that off in the settings :) I don't remember where exactly, but it's somewhere!

I’d also grab the expanded foliage mod and the one that lets you place more plants down. Those could definitely help make the park look more detailed, and give the individual exhibits more uniqueness

Hey best in slot! I just figured out a good way to use the heat vents for the underwater exhibits on land, put them under the ground with just the vents or whatever sticking out, cover the plant flora with rocks and such and then you can use the lagoon lights under the ground to creat a lighted lava effect, you can also use the lava effect anywhere on the ground to create an amazing volcanic exhibit
A new Park build, I have missed receivong notifications for this and it's good to have this back! I'll definitely have to have a go at building this when this is complete, and looking forward to seeing what ideas you come up with for the park!
Also I believe all the OZ in-game animals are Muttabuttasaurus, Australovenator, Minmi, and Kronosaurus. You could also potentially use the Dryosaurus as a Lleyelenasaura or however it is spelled. Lol 😂
Leaellynasaura sure is a tough one to spell lol, I had to look it up to get the correct spelling down

Really good so far, I love the idea of trying to do realistic modern zoos that just happen to have dinosaurs. It opens up the opportunity to use more decorations as "enrichment items": fountains as water taps, abstract statues as scratching posts, dining tables with parasols sunk into the ground to act as shade for small dinos, that DFW building as a barn-style shelter. And if you put feeders inside them with the placement mod, you could have dinosaurs interacting too!
I'd also put ranger stations in: they aren't *necessary* for dinosaur health anymore, but it would add immensely to the feeling that this is a real dinosaur zoo to have jeeps & vets drive in time-to-time to check in on the dinos.
i cant believe you still upload! i used to watch you play jurrasic park operation genesis back in 2013 or so and your minecraft jurrasic mod series and pretty much anything else you posted back then, you were my whole childhood its so cool to see you still do youtube.
This is how I always try to build my parks so I’m hyped to see how this evolves!
Ooh, I really like the style of this build! I like the little details like shop areas set off to one side with decorations, the curved paths, the overall layout... And I really like the style of the habitat you built--definitely has that zoo feel with the tiers you constructed from the terrain.
But yeah it'd be nice to have a glass fence, that invisible fence is very disconcerting, haha. Is there anything that could act as a fence-post...? Pretend your "glass" section is broken up into two or three panels instead of one? But that might just look silly if it didn't work right.
Anyway, I'm excited to see where this build is going!

As an alternative to using invisible fences, is it possible to sink regular fences into the ground? If so, it would be possible to create shorter barriers that make the zoo more realistic. Rocks and planters are another alternative barrier

You can make stone Walls with free too and put up rock above the invisible fence so it kinda more looks like a window

if i’m remembering correctly you can turn off the camera shake when you place down items i’m pretty sure i did it in my game but it’s been a while since i played so i may be wrong tbh
